Chappellet Wine Dinner
For the second year, Montana Ale Works participated in Museum of the Rockies fund raising, by auctioning a small six person wine dinner in the Grill Room.

Guests were treated to an intimate dinner with Montana Ale Work's owner Christin Cooper-Taché and her childhood friend, Chappellet Vineyards owner, Cyril Chappellet. The evening featured Chappellet club-only wines paired with an unforgettable six-course menu by Chef Roth.

Brew Master's Dinner
Ale Works Executive Chef Roth Jordan & Grand Teton Brewing Co. Brew Master Rob Mullin hosted the Brew Master's Dinner. Guests got insight into the art of brewing while enjoying seven courses of Grand Teton handcrafted beer paired with a one-off Ale Works menu.

Two of the featured pairings:

  • The evening began with Grand Teton's Workhorse Wheat complimented by a plate of Asian appetizers including Spring and Garden Sushi Rolls, Napa Salad and Housemade Sauces.
  • The big hoppy taste and aroma of Teton's Bitch Creek ESB paired with medallions of roast tenderloin and glazed local carrots for a simple but substantial dish of perfectly matched flavors.

Chappellet Wine Dinner
An intimate, open-to-the-public wine dinner for 35 patrons with Chappellet Vineyards owner Cyril Chappellet guiding diners through a gourmet six course meal, each course paired with a different Chappellet wine.

A few of the featured pairings:

  • Goat Cheese Pesto Tart with a Pine Nut Crust & Macerated Flat Head Cherries paired with 2004 Chappellet Mountain Cuvée
  • Duck Two Ways: Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup plus Fava Bean Puree served with Breast & Crackling paired with 2003 Chappellet Napa Merlot
