MANAGEMENT POSITIONS: General Manager, Assistant Managers, Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, Special Events Coordinator

. Pursue relationships with business and community leaders.
. Ensure a safe working environment.
. Complete extensive training and exhibit broad product knowledge.
. Work an average of 45-60 hours per week.
